SEDE
Cookie policy

How it works here
When you first arrive, measurement and advertising tools stay out. The TheFork bookings, the Google map and the Instagram/Behold feed remain available as site features; data entered in the booking box goes to TheFork under its own policy. Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta only load after the corresponding choice.
The first two in the list are not really cookies: they live in your browser's local storage, stay on your machine and never reach any server.

The three groups
- Essential. Your cookie choice and your language. They track nobody and cannot be switched off, because without them we cannot remember that you said no.
- Statistics. Google Analytics 4. Counts visits, pages viewed and where people arrive from, in aggregate.
- Marketing. Google Ads and Meta. Let us show SEDE ads to people who have visited the site, and measure whether they worked.
